Processing Machine For Gold Ore

Gold mining is the process of mining of gold or gold ores from the ground or open pit mine. There are several techniques and processes by which gold may be extracted from the earth. On these processings, many mining machiens are at demands in the mining industry.

Hard Rock Gold Mining

Hard rock gold mining extracts gold encased in rock, rather than fragments in loose sediment, and produces most of the world's gold. Sometimes open-pit mining is used, such as at the Fort Knox Mine in central Alaska. Barrick Gold Corporation has one of the largest open-pit gold mines in North America located on its Goldstrike mine property in northeastern Nevada. Other gold mines use underground mining, where the ore is extracted through tunnels or shafts. South Africa has the world's deepest hard rock gold mine up to 3,900 metres (12,800 ft) underground. At such depths, the heat is unbearable for humans, and air conditioning is required for the safety of the workers. The first such mine to receive air conditioning was Robinson Deep, at that time the deepest mine in the world for any mineral. for gold mining processing, some mining machines are necessary, such as magnetic separation machine, high frequency screen, hydrocyclone and some other ancillary equipment.

Gold Ore Introduction

Gold ore is an industrial mineral aggregate that contains enough gold. Gold mining is site to get gold by mining operation. Gold deposit is formed by mineralization, which has certain scale of industrial utilization. alluvial gold and lode gold are the two main gold ore types. Gold is an important decoration, but also an advanced material in industry.

Gold has been widely used throughout the world as a vehicle for monetary exchange, either by issuance and recognition of gold coins or other bare metal quantities, or through gold-convertible paper instruments by establishing gold standards in which the total value of issued money is represented in a store of gold reserves.

Gold solder is used for joining the components of gold jewelry by high-temperature hard soldering or brazing. If the work is to be of hallmarking quality, gold solder must match the carat weight of the work, and alloy formulas are manufactured in most industry-standard carat weights to color match yellow and white gold. Gold solder is usually made in at least three melting-point ranges referred to as Easy, Medium and Hard. By using the hard, high-melting point solder first, followed by solders with progressively lower melting points, goldsmiths can assemble complex items with several separate soldered joints.

Gold can be manufactured so thin that it appears transparent. It is used in some aircraft cockpit windows for de-icing or anti-icing by passing electricity through it. The heat produced by the resistance of the gold is enough to deter ice from forming.
