  • Stable structure and reliable performance:

    The bearing seat adopts whole steel structure in order to avoid unnecessary burden that two type bearing chamber brings for body frame and enhance the stability of the whole structure. In addition, the heavy eccentric shaft forging processing makes PEW series jaw crusher has superior reliability.

  • V type structure and jugged plate:

    The design of "V" type of crushing chamber and the jugged plate is more reasonable. it can ensure that the actual feed size and the theoretical feed size consistency so that it can effectively increase the breaking area. the material in the crushing cavity won't be blocked up, which can make the broken rate and output maximum to improve the utilization rate of the jaw plate.

  • Hydraulic control system cavity cleaning conveniently:

    Equipped with hydraulic oil station, it can ensure the machine lubrication system supply for machine lubrication parts to provide protection for the safe operation of the machine. At the same time, if the crusher shut down under load, the hydraulic cavity cleaning system can quickly clean up the crushing cavity and greatly reducing the downtime.

  • Wedge device and quick adjustment:

Jaw Crusher Working Principle

Motor drives belt and pulley so that the eccentric shaft makes the movable jaw swing back and forth, up and down. when the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate movement, material is crushed. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate back under the action of the eccentric shaft and the spring, material that has previously been crushed is discharged from the lower discharge gate. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the crusher jaw periodically crush and discharge material, it realizes batch production.
